These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services, programs, digital products, and website offered by Unite with the Divine, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through unitewiththedivine.com.

By accessing or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Nature of Services

​

Unite with the Divine, LLC provides coaching, spiritual guidance, educational content, and personal development services.

Our services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

We only share your contact information with our partners at Twin Flames Universe in case Unite with the Divine is not able to support you.

2. Client Responsibility

By participating in our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being

• Any decisions, actions, or results are your own

• You are responsible for seeking appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, or counseling support when needed

3. Payments & Billing

​

• Payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for purchased services

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel at any time

• All payments are non-refundable

• If Unite with the Divine, LLC removes a client from services at its discretion, we may refund the unused portion of prepaid sessions

• PayPal and/or Stripe processing fees are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed

• Refunds, when issued, are limited strictly to unused services

• Cancel any time. No refunds. We reserve the right to remove any student for any reason, We will refund the remainder of unused classes but PayPal will keep its fees and we will not reimburse for fees. Neither Unite with the Divine, its principals or affiliates, nor its contributors shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information described and/or contained herein and assumes no responsibility for anyone’s use of the information, including any decisions in anyway that stems from failure to take appropriate medical and or psychiatric/counseling assistance. In no event shall Unite with the Divine, affiliates or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: failure to seek appropriate medical and or psychiatric assistance, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence or otherwise), or any other theory arising in any way out of the use of this system, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, whether based on alleged breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence or any other cause of action, including but not limited to damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, and/or theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service or remove any participant at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Disruptive or unsafe behavior

• Misalignment with program boundaries

• Violation of these Terms

This decision is final and non-negotiable.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Neither Unite with the Divine, LLC, its principals, affiliates, contractors, nor contributors shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information, services, or content provided.

We assume no responsibility for:

• Failure to seek appropriate medical, psychological, or psychiatric care

• Decisions made by clients based on coaching or guidance

• Outcomes resulting from personal interpretation or application of information

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unite with the Divine, LLC shall not be liable for any:

• Direct

• Indirect

• Incidental

• Special

• Exemplary

• Consequential damages

Including but not limited to:

• Failure to seek appropriate medical or mental health support

• Loss of data, income, or profits

• Business interruption

• Procurement of substitute services

This limitation applies under any theory of liability, including contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Technology & Data Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damages or injuries resulting from:

• Errors or omissions

• Delays or interruptions

• System failures

• Computer viruses

• Unauthorized access or data breaches

• Loss, alteration, or destruction of records

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, recordings, and resources provided by Unite with the Divine, LLC are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.

10. Governing Law

​

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Unite with the Divine, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

​

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
